Services

Acknowledgment

An acknowledgment is the most common notarial act - I verify your identity, witness your signature, and confirm you're signing of your own free will. This is required on a wide range of documents including deeds, powers of attorney, loan documents, and contracts. If you're not sure whether your document needs an acknowledgment, bring it along and I'll take a look.

Jurat

A jurat is used when a document requires a sworn statement - you sign in my presence and take an oath or affirmation that the contents are true. Common examples include affidavits, sworn declarations, and certain court filings. I'll administer the oath and complete the notarial certificate to make your document legally valid.

Oath / Affirmation

Sometimes a document or legal proceeding requires a verbal oath or affirmation without a written signature - I'm authorized to administer both. An oath invokes a solemn promise; an affirmation is a non-religious alternative that carries the same legal weight. This service is often requested for depositions, court-related matters, and official proceedings.

Certified Copies / Copy Certification

Need a verified copy of an important document? I can certify that a photocopy is a true and accurate reproduction of the original. This is commonly used for passports, diplomas, business records, and other personal documents. Note that state laws vary on which documents can be copy-certified - I'll confirm eligibility at the time of your appointment.

Deed of Trust

A deed of trust secures a loan against the property and is a key document in many real estate transactions. I'm experienced in notarizing deeds of trust and will ensure your document is executed correctly and ready for recording. I come to your location to keep the process convenient.

Quit Claim Deed

A quit claim deed transfers an owner's interest in a property without making guarantees about the title - commonly used between family members, in divorce settlements, or to clear title issues. I'll notarize your quit claim deed accurately and efficiently. Please ensure the deed is fully completed before your appointment.

Warranty Deed

A warranty deed conveys property with a guarantee that the grantor holds clear title. I can notarize your warranty deed at your home, office, or wherever is most convenient. Proper notarization is required for the deed to be recorded with your county.

Real Estate Documents (General)

Real estate transactions involve a wide variety of documents that require notarization - from closing disclosures and purchase agreements to affidavits and transfer paperwork. I'm experienced across the full range of real estate documents and can handle your signing at a time and place that works for you.

Power of Attorney (Financial)

A financial power of attorney authorizes someone you trust to manage your financial affairs on your behalf - including banking, investments, and property decisions. I'll notarize your document carefully and confidentially, ensuring it's executed correctly so it holds up when it matters most. I come to your location, including homes, hospitals, and care facilities.

Power of Attorney (Medical / Healthcare)

A medical power of attorney designates someone to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you're unable to do so. I'll notarize this important document with the care and discretion it deserves, at your home, a hospital, or a care facility - whatever works best for your situation.

Living Will / Advance Directive

A living will or advance directive puts your end-of-life medical wishes in writing, so your care providers and loved ones know exactly what you want. I'll notarize this document professionally and confidentially. Having it in place is one of the most meaningful things you can do for your family's peace of mind.

Healthcare Directive

A healthcare directive outlines your preferences for medical treatment and designates someone to speak on your behalf if you cannot. I can notarize your healthcare directive at your home, a hospital, or a care facility, and I handle these appointments with the sensitivity they deserve.

Last Will & Testament

Your last will and testament ensures your wishes are honored and your loved ones are taken care of after you're gone. I can notarize the required signatures on your will to help ensure it's properly executed under your state's laws. Please note that I do not draft wills or provide legal advice - your document should be completed before your appointment.

Living Trust / Trust Documents

A living trust is a powerful estate planning tool that allows your assets to pass to your beneficiaries without going through probate. I'm experienced in notarizing full trust packages and can handle multi-document signings at your home or office. Your estate planning attorney will typically prepare the documents - I take care of the notarization.

Affidavits

An affidavit is a written sworn statement used in a wide variety of legal and personal situations - from court proceedings to financial institutions to government agencies. I'll administer your oath and notarize your affidavit so it's ready for official use. I can meet you at your home, office, or any convenient location.

Divorce Documents

Divorce paperwork often requires notarized signatures from one or both parties - including settlement agreements, property transfers, and other related documents. I can handle your divorce-related notarizations discreetly and professionally, with full respect for the sensitivity of the situation.

Separation Agreement

A separation agreement outlines the terms agreed upon by separating parties, covering property, finances, and often custody arrangements. I can notarize your separation agreement at a time and place that minimizes stress. Your document should be fully completed and reviewed by your attorney before the appointment.

Settlement Agreement

Settlement agreements are legally binding documents that resolve disputes outside of court. I'll notarize your settlement agreement with precision, ensuring all signatures are properly witnessed and certified. I'm available for same-day and after-hours appointments when timing is critical.

Promissory Notes

A promissory note is a written promise to repay a loan under specified terms. Having it notarized adds credibility and makes it easier to enforce if a dispute arises. I can notarize your promissory note at your home, office, or any convenient meeting spot.

Debt Settlement / Repayment Agreements

Debt settlement and repayment agreements document an arrangement between a creditor and debtor - and notarizing them provides an added layer of protection for both parties. I'll handle your signing efficiently and confidentially.

Adoption Documents

Adoption paperwork involves a range of legal documents that must be carefully executed and notarized. I handle adoption-related signings with the care and sensitivity this life milestone deserves, at your home, your attorney's office, or wherever works best for your family.

Transferring a vehicle title requires notarization in many states. I'll notarize your car title or vehicle transfer documents correctly the first time so your DMV process goes smoothly. I can meet you wherever works best - your home, a parking lot, or anywhere convenient.

Bill of Sale

A notarized bill of sale provides documented proof of ownership transfer for vehicles, personal property, or other assets. I'll make sure your document is properly signed and notarized, giving both buyer and seller peace of mind. I'm available for quick, convenient appointments at your location.

DMV Documents

Many DMV-related documents require notarized signatures, including title transfers, lien releases, and registration paperwork. I'll handle these efficiently at your location so you're prepared for your DMV visit. Bring your completed forms and a valid photo ID.

Auto Dealer Forms

Car dealerships and private sellers frequently need notarized signatures on vehicle purchase contracts, title paperwork, and DMV forms. I work with both individuals and dealerships, providing fast and accurate notarizations at your location.

Passport Application (DS-3053 / Minor Consent)

When a minor needs a passport and one parent cannot appear in person, Form DS-3053 (Statement of Consent) must be notarized. I'll complete this notarization quickly so your child's application isn't delayed. Bring the completed DS-3053 form and your valid government-issued photo ID to your appointment.

I-9 Employment Verification

Employers are required by federal law to verify the identity and work authorization of every new hire using Form I-9. I can serve as an authorized representative to complete this verification on behalf of your business - especially useful for remote employees who can't come into the office. I'll ensure the form is completed accurately to keep your business in compliance.

Care Facility / Nursing Home Notarizations

Residents of assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and memory care communities often need documents notarized for estate planning, powers of attorney, and other important matters. I come directly to the facility and work respectfully with both residents and staff. Please note that I will assess the signer's awareness and willingness to sign at the time of the appointment.

Courier / Document Delivery

Need your completed documents picked up, dropped off, or delivered after notarization? I offer courier services to get your paperwork where it needs to go - whether that's your attorney's office, a title company, or a government agency. Travel and delivery fees may apply based on distance.

Witness Services

Some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to a notary. I can serve as a witness or arrange for a witness to be present at your signing appointment. Please mention at the time of booking if your document requires witness signatures so I can plan accordingly.

Apostille Services

An apostille is an official certification that authenticates the origin of a public document for use in countries that are members of the Hague Convention. I can guide you through the process and coordinate with the appropriate state or federal authority on your behalf. Whether it's a birth certificate, diploma, power of attorney, or business document, I'll ensure your paperwork is properly prepared and submitted.
